My background combines athletics, fitness, and business. As a four-year NCAA collegiate basketball athlete, I learned firsthand how discipline, recovery, and team dynamics translate into high-performance environments.
After earning my NASM CPT and CNC certifications alongside a Business Administration degree, my journey through competitive athletics, injury recovery, and personal transformation inspired me to create a brand that makes fitness more accessible, empowering, and community-driven.
